What the plugin does

Total Print Hub for WooCommerce is a free WordPress plugin that connects your store to your Total Print Hub account. A WooCommerce-only merchant does not need a Shopify store. Total Print Hub runs the designer, print prices, saved designs and production, while WooCommerce keeps your product catalog, checkout, orders, inventory and taxes.

Connect the store securely

You connect by signing in, not by copying keys. You never paste an API address or access token into WordPress and never give Total Print Hub a WordPress password.

   Download the free plugin from totalprinthub.com/pricing, then in WordPress choose Plugins > Add New > Upload Plugin and activate it.

   Open WooCommerce > Total Print Hub and choose Connect to Total Print Hub.

   Choose Core or Complete on the Total Print Hub website: secure Stripe checkout starts the free trial. For Dedicated, talk to us.

   Create or sign in to your Total Print Hub account, verify its email address, and complete authenticator MFA.

   Approve the exact WooCommerce site and the WordPress administrator who is connecting it.

   You return to WooCommerce > Total Print Hub. Confirm it says Connected, with the plugin and store versions and a recent successful health check.

Prepare products without mapping them one by one

Create reusable product templates and saved rules by category, tag, SKU or product family in Total Print Hub. WooCommerce then sends each product and its variations to that same product setup; there is no second WooCommerce-only template system.

   For one product, open its normal WooCommerce edit screen and choose Prepare with saved rules.

   For a selected group, use the Products table bulk action Prepare with Total Print Hub rules.

   For the whole catalog, open WooCommerce > Total Print Hub and choose Prepare catalog. It runs in the background, a page of products at a time.

   Review the products that matched no saved rule instead of forcing an uncertain setup.

   Choose Sync products after you change WooCommerce variations or finish setup in Total Print Hub.

   Use the Total Print Hub panel on a product, or the bulk actions, to turn customization on or off for prepared products.

Check the customer and production path

   Open the real WooCommerce product page and confirm that only the colors, sizes, sides, print areas and prices you prepared appear.

   Upload artwork or make a design and check the preview, the quantity, the price and the cart line.

   Finish checkout and confirm that one WooCommerce order creates one order in Total Print Hub, with its jobs in Production.

   Check the artwork, the print files, a refund and a disconnect before launch.

   Repeat on desktop and phone, with every theme your store uses.

Run and disconnect safely

• Orders are delivered and the catalog is synced by WooCommerce Scheduled Actions. Keep WordPress cron, or your host's scheduled runner, working so jobs finish after a customer leaves the checkout.
• WooCommerce may send the same order or refund again; it never creates a second production record.
• Disconnect ends the connection on our side first, then removes the keys from WordPress.
• Uninstalling removes the plugin's connection keys and scheduled jobs. Your products, orders and customers stay in WooCommerce.
• Never put connection keys, customer artwork, download links or store passwords in a support message.
