Orders, resources, and exports

Review every design resource and generate the correct production handoff from the order workspace.

Order workspace

  • Shopify order and line reference
  • Editable design document
  • Product, variant, view, region, and print-method mapping
  • Source artwork and customer uploads
  • Font references and text content
  • Quote, pricing-rule, and preflight evidence
  • Generated previews and production exports
  • Supplier package and status when configured

Owner download

  1. 2.1

    Open Production → Orders.

  2. 2.2

    Select the order and personalized line.

  3. 2.3

    Review warnings, missing resources, and preflight status.

  4. 2.4

    Generate or refresh the owner package.

  5. 2.5

    Download and verify its resource manifest and checksums.

  6. 2.6

    Print directly only when the output is production-ready; otherwise use the bound resources to recreate or correct the design.

Export formats

Available formats depend on design content and print method. Supported workflows can include SVG, PNG, PDF, color-separated ZIPs, gang-sheet output, previews, and supplier packages. Unsupported or unsafe combinations fail closed rather than pretending to be print-ready.
