Buy blanks through TPH Supply

What TPH Supply is

A shop with its own account at a supplier keeps using it. A shop without one can buy the blanks through Total Print Hub: you pay us, we place the order on our wholesale account, and the supplier ships to your shop. Suppliers: SanMar, S&S Activewear, AS Colour and OTTO Cap.

Before your first order

• A paid plan: TPH Supply is not part of the free trial
• A verified payment method; every card payment uses 3-D Secure
• Your business name, address and tax ID, and a resale certificate where your state requires one

Buy the blanks

1. 3.1

   In Production, open Purchasing. The blanks your paid orders need are grouped by supplier.

2. 3.2

   For a supplier you have no account with, choose Buy through TPH Supply.

3. 3.3

   Check the blanks and the ship-to address. The supplier price and stock are checked live, and you see the total: blanks, the TPH Supply fee, shipping and tax.

4. 3.4

   Tick the terms and pay. The order is placed with the supplier once your payment is taken.

After you pay

• The supplier's order number, its status and tracking show on the purchase order
• If the supplier cannot fill the order, the amount comes back to you as store credit
• Every price, payment and status change is kept on the purchase order's record

Rules that protect you and us

• Paid in full before the order is placed: no credit and no pay later
• An order is final once it is placed with the supplier
• A supplier mistake (a wrong item, damage, a short shipment) is put right under the supplier's own policy, as a credit or a replacement
• Blanks ship to your verified business address, or to the customer of a real order in your shop
• New shops have order limits that rise after clean orders; a chargeback pauses TPH Supply for the shop
