Getting started

Total Print Hub overview

Understand the merchant, storefront, and production workflow before configuring the app.

The complete workflow

  1. 1.1

Install Total Print Hub from Shopify and approve the requested plan and permissions.

  2. 1.2

Choose whether customers use Product Studio, DTF Gang Sheet, or both.

  3. 1.3

Prepare product-family templates and assign them across the Shopify catalog.

  4. 1.4

Configure print pricing and a Shopify-safe checkout strategy.

  5. 1.5

Activate the theme app block or embed on the product template.

  6. 1.6

Test design, price, cart, checkout, order ingestion, and production downloads before launch.

What stays merchant-owned

  • Product templates, mockups, print areas, assignments, and pricing rules
  • Merchant artwork, fonts, customer uploads, saved designs, orders, and exports
  • Supplier credentials, mappings, handoff records, and private overrides

What can be shared

Total Print Hub can provide curated read-only artwork and font packs across merchants. If a merchant changes a shared asset, the app stores a tenant-private override. Resetting or deleting that override reveals the shared original again.
