Launch checklist

Your setup

• The store is connected and a plan or trial is active (Settings > Plan and billing)
• The customer tools you sell are switched on (Settings > Customer Studio)
• At least one product is fully set up (Catalog > Products)
• Each assignment by product, collection or tag matches the right products
• Pricing gives the price you expect for several quantities (Catalog > Pricing)
• The cart and the checkout charge the price the designer showed

Storefront proof

1. 1

   On Shopify, add the Total Print Hub block or app embed to the product template of your published theme. On WooCommerce, connect the plugin and prepare the product.

   Open the product on desktop and on a phone.

3. 3

   Confirm that only that product's colors, sizes, sides and print areas appear.

4. 4

   Make a design, check the price, save it and add it to the cart.

5. 5

   Complete a test checkout and confirm that the order reaches Production with its files.

Production proof

• Open the order in Production > Orders
• Review the design and the file checks
• Build and download the owner package
• Check that it holds the print files, source artwork, uploads and fonts you expect
• Send work to a supplier only when that supplier connection is set up and tested
