Install and connect Shopify

Before you begin

• Use the store's permanent Shopify address, the one Shopify gave it when the store was created
• Sign in as the store owner or a staff member who may install apps
• Know which products you want customers to personalize first
• Never send API secrets or passwords to support

Install

1. 1

   Book a demo to see it working with products like yours. When you install the app, approve the permissions Shopify shows.

   Approve Core, Complete or Dedicated on Shopify's billing screen. Core and Complete start their free trial there; Dedicated is billed from day one.

   The Admin opens inside Shopify with a launch guide on Home. Follow its five steps, or choose Finish later and come back.

   In the theme editor, add the Total Print Hub or Instant Merch block to your product template, or turn on the app embed so Add to cart opens the designer. No theme code is edited.

5. 5

   Design a product, check the price in the cart, pay, and watch the order arrive in Production with its print file.

Check the connection

Home shows Launch readiness for the connected store. Choose Open next task to continue setup, or View launch checks to see what is still missing. A green card is not proof by itself: open the product page and place a test order.

Billing on Shopify

Your plan is billed by Shopify on your Shopify invoice, like your other apps. See what each plan includes and manage the subscription in Settings > Plan and billing.
