The three plans

• Core, $99.99 a month: one design engine of your choice, the Design Studio or the Gang Sheet Builder, with 150 active Branded Stores and 1 TB of file storage. Instant Merch is not included.
• Complete, $299.99 a month: all three design engines, the Design Studio, the Gang Sheet Builder and Instant Merch, with 450 active Branded Stores and 3 TB of file storage.
• Dedicated, $999.99 a month: everything in Complete, isolated performance on your own database, priority support and 99.9% uptime, with unlimited Branded Stores and unlimited file storage.

The free trial

Every plan starts with a free trial that lasts 14 days or 10 production orders, whichever comes first. No subscription payment is due during the trial. Cancel before the trial ends if you do not want the paid plan to begin. Reinstalling or reconnecting a store does not start a new trial.

How you are billed

Open Settings > Plan & billing to see what every plan includes and to manage your subscription.

• Shopify: you approve the plan on Shopify's billing screen, and it is billed on your Shopify invoice.
• WooCommerce: ITLOX, Inc. bills you in USD through Stripe. Invoices, payment methods and cancellation are in the Stripe customer portal.
• The prices are the same on both platforms. Taxes that apply are shown by the billing provider.

File storage

Core and Complete include a visible amount of storage with no hard cap. Storage above the included amount is $25 per TB a month, billed in 100 GB steps ($2.50 each) on the monthly average.

Settings > Store shows the storage your store uses. The Admin shows a forecast and any extra charge before it applies, with one-click cleanup.

Dedicated storage is unlimited. Order files are kept for 36 months; you are told 30 days before older files are removed.

What unlimited means

Unlimited means normal use by a print business. Unlimited orders, Dedicated storage and Dedicated Branded Stores cover the everyday work of a print shop. If use goes far beyond that, we contact you first and give you 30 days; nothing is blocked without warning.
