Which suppliers you can connect

You can connect SanMar USA, S&S Activewear — USA, Absolute Apparel UK, Outdoor Cap USA, AS Colour — AU, EU, US, UK, Cutter & Buck USA and Canada, Momentec Brands USA, PCNA USA and Canada, OTTO Cap USA, OneStop USA, SinaLite USA and Canada and Stormtech USA and Canada, each with the account you hold with that supplier. You do not need a supplier to start selling: 118 photoreal blanks across 44 product types come with measured print areas, and you can add your own photos and sizes for anything else you stock.

Your accounts stay yours

You connect only supplier accounts you own or are allowed to use. Your supplier login is stored protected for your shop alone, is never shared with another merchant and is never shown back in full.

Connect and use a supplier

   Open Settings > Connections and choose the supplier.

   Enter the account details it asks for.

   Run the connection test or a small catalog test.

4. 4

   Match the supplier's styles, variants and stock locations to your products.

5. 5

   Review the exact request before you send work to the supplier.

   Follow its status. Sending the same request twice never orders twice.

Do not assume

• A supplier name on a list is not a live connection
• Catalog access does not prove that orders can be sent
• An order that was sent does not prove that it can be cancelled
• Supplier colors and variants must stay matched to the right product in your store
