Connection boundary

Each merchant connects only supplier accounts they own or are authorized to use. Credentials stay in the tenant's protected secret boundary and are never shared with another merchant or displayed back in full.

Operational path

    Choose the supplier adapter and review its required account access.

  2. 2.2

    Store credentials through the protected connection workflow.

  3. 2.3

    Run a bounded connection or catalog test.

  4. 2.4

    Map supplier styles, variants, inventory locations, and product-family templates.

  5. 2.5

    Preview the exact production request before submission.

  6. 2.6

    Track idempotent submission, status, and the supplier's cancellation boundary.

Do not assume

  • A supplier logo or placeholder connector is not a live integration
  • Catalog access does not prove order submission access
  • A successful submission does not prove cancellation support
  • Supplier product colors and variants must remain mapped to the matching Shopify product
