Set up printable products

Three setup paths

• Assign a prepared family: use an editable, color-changing template across matching products.
• Use your store's product images: keep your own product photography and map print areas onto its views.
• Publish a ready-made product: start from a Total Print Hub ready-made product, edit your copy, and publish it to your store when its setup checks pass.

Assign at catalog scale

   Open Catalog > Products.

   Choose a prepared family or one of your own templates.

3. 3

   Choose how products are matched: product, collection, tag, vendor, product type, SKU or supplier style.

   Choose Preview products to see what matches before you apply.

   Choose Save assignment, then open one matched product in the Studio to check its colors, sizes, sides and print areas.

Important color behavior

A reusable template can hold every color a product family comes in, but the Studio still shows only the colors of the product the customer selected. Your store stays the source of each product's variants.

Re-sync without losing another Shopify edit

   Open the ready-made product and review its pending changes.

   Choose Sync changes. The first time you publish a product, the same button reads Sync to Shopify.

3. 3

   If the product changed in Shopify after the last sync, the sync stops and the product says Newer Shopify changes found. Nothing has been overwritten.

4. 4

   Choose Keep Shopify to leave the Shopify product as it is and keep your draft, or choose Use Total Print Hub and confirm to replace the Shopify edits.

   Reload the product and check its title, description, media, variants, price and inventory.
