Describe the result you want

Inky AI helps you work inside Total Print Hub in everyday language. Ask a question, have a draft prepared, or review a set of proposed changes before they run. It is for shop owners and authorized staff on Shopify and WooCommerce.

• Store setup: explain what you sell, then review a starter setup and the settings that still need you.
• Products and pricing: have product drafts prepared from your connected supplier catalogs, with prices from your own pricing rules.
• Studio and artwork: have layouts and mockups prepared, and open the exact design for review.
• Gang sheets: get a layout from your artwork, quantities and sheet size, packed by the Gang Sheet Builder.
• Production: review the queue, see missing artwork and other blockers, and get a schedule to approve.
• Daily checks: order status, stock shortages, margin checks and rules you set to run on a schedule.

A typical request

   Choose the store and the products, designs or jobs you mean. For example: prepare a product draft using this artwork.

2. 2.2

   Read Inky's questions, the steps it proposes, the items affected and the credit estimate.

3. 2.3

   Look at the drafts in the normal product, Studio, gang sheet or production screen.

4. 2.4

   Approve the exact changes and the spending limit when asked. A draft is not a published product.

5. 2.5

   Read the result: what was completed, what failed or was skipped, what still blocks and the credits used. Go back to the job history instead of starting the same work again.

Where you find it

Inky AI is always at hand in Total Print Hub: a place to type or speak a request, a side panel next to the screen you are on, and a full-width workspace for large changes such as a product list, a Studio design, the production queue or your job history. On a phone you type or push to talk, and approvals arrive as short cards.

You stay in control

Inky AI uses the tools your plan and your staff role allow. It does not replace Total Print Hub's pricing rules, print sizes, artwork checks or production approvals. Every result has a way back to the normal screen, such as Review in Studio, Open product or Continue manually.
